• Event coordinators may select a preferred date for their fundraiser through our website.
• Once a date is submitted, a member from the Sweet Lucy’s team will contact you to confirm all details after reviewing the fundraising form.
• Fundraisers may be scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
• Fundraisers run the entire day: 3pm-8pm.

• Guest scoopers are welcome between 4pm – 8pm.
• A maximum of two (2) guest scoopers per hour is permitted.
• Guest scooper shifts are available in the following time slots:
  • 4pm – 5pm
  • 5pm – 6pm
  • 6pm – 7pm
  • 7pm – 8pm
• Event coordinator is responsible for scheduling guest scoopers in the appropriate time slots.
• Sweet Lucy’s does not track or manage guest scooper scheduling. The event coordinator is not required to submit names and time slots in advance; the guest scoopers may simply arrive for their scheduled shift.
• In the event that a guest scooper is unable to attend, the event coordinator may schedule a replacement, provided the individual has completed the required form and agrees to follow all Sweet Lucy’s policies.
• Sweet Lucy’s will ensure the store is fully staffed at all times; guest scoopers are optional and are not required for the fundraiser to take place.
• Guest scoopers may not place a tip jar or donation jar on the counter, or in the shop, or ask for donations from shop patrons. All tips received are property of the Sweet Lucy’s staff.

• Guest scoopers must be adults (18 years of age or older).
• Guest scoopers are required to wear non-slip sneakers and must tie their hair back while scooping.
• Prior to their scheduled shift, each guest scooper must electronically submit a signed copy of the Sweet Lucy’s Activity Waiver and Release Form.
• Individuals who do not meet these requirements will not be permitted to participate as guest scoopers.

• Once the fundraiser date is confirmed, Sweet Lucy’s encourages the event coordinator to create an event flyer and promote the fundraiser across all social media channels. The fundraising group is solely responsible for advertising and driving attendance. Please tag Sweet Lucy’s so we can help share and promote your event.
• Sweet Lucy’s is not responsible for the success of your fundraiser. It is the organization’s responsibility to promote and advertise the event.
• On the date of the fundraiser, Sweet Lucy’s will donate 15% of sales between the hours of 3pm and 8pm.
• Supporters do not need to present a flyer, show proof or mention the organization to participate.
• At the end of the event, sales will be tallied, and Sweet Lucy’s will issue a check within 7 business days. Once the check is available for pickup, the coordinator will be contacted and upon pick up, will sign for the check.
