Founded in 2013, Cajun-Sno began as a single bright-yellow trailer serving snoballs made with hand-crafted flavors and pure sugar. Featuring over 150 rotating options and endless combinations, it quickly became a local favorite. By 2016, a second trailer hit the streets as Cajun-Sno expanded its signature menu to include locally sourced hand-dipped ice cream and their fan-favorite stuffed snoballs. They also introduced ice cream sandwiches made with cookies baked from scratch in-house at Sweet Lucy’s by their pastry chef. In 2026, Cajun-Sno will debut a bold new look and even more jazzed-up energy—ready to bring the vibe to every event!

Fundraising Terms and Conditions

Fundraiser Availability

Event coordinators may select a preferred date for their fundraiser through our fundraising tab.
Once a date is submitted, a member from the Cajun-Sno team will contact you to confirm all details after reviewing the fundraising form.
There are no limitations on when fundraisers may be scheduled, or how often.

Fundraiser Details

In order for an event to be considered fundraiser, it must be specified at booking.
Once the fundraiser date is confirmed, Cajun-Sno encourages the event coordinator to create an event flyer and promote the fundraiser across all social media channels. The fundraising group is solely responsible for advertising and driving attendance. Please tag Cajun-Sno so we can help share and promote your event.
Cajun-Sno is not responsible for the success of your fundraiser. It is the organization’s responsibility to promote and advertise the event.
On the date of the fundraiser, Cajun-Sno will donate 10% of the event sales.
Supporters do not need to present a flyer, show proof, or mention the organization to participate.
At the end of the event, sales will be tallied, and Cajun-Sno will issue a check within 7 business days for the appropriate amount.
The booking organization may not place a tip jar or donation jar on the counter or around the surrounding area of the truck. All tips received at the event are property of the Cajun-Sno staff.

Checks

Fundraising checks will be issued within 7 (seven) business days of the event.
Cajun-Sno staff will communicate with the coordinator when the check has been mailed, following the event.

Event Terms and Conditions

Booking & Deposit Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date on our calendar. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event.
For bookings made within 2 weeks of the event date, the amount is due in full at time of booking.
Once the deposit is received and your booking is confirmed, and we immediately schedule staff, purchase necessary supplies, and block out your event time slot in our calendar.
Due to this preparation, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or weather-related issues.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, you may apply your deposit to a future event within the same calendar year. Event dates are subject to availability and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

General Notes

Once your event is booked, we do not accept other bookings during your reserved time slot.
Your deposit ensures exclusive service for your chosen date and time.
Cajun-Sno reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to staffing or setup to maintain service quality and accommodate unforeseen circumstances. Cajun-Sno reserves the right to review any needed adjustments on a case-by-case basis.

Weather Policy

Cajun-Sno operates rain or shine whenever possible.
In the event of severe or unsafe weather, Cajun-Sno will make every effort to work with you on an alternate date.
Please note that deposits remain non-refundable due to advance staffing, supply ordering, and scheduling.
