Known for their fresh-squeezed lemonades, specialty coffees, and show-stopping mini donuts made hot and fresh on the truck, DonutNV brings the energy and a sweet touch to every celebration. DonutNV Fundraising

Fundraiser Availability
  • Event coordinators may select a preferred date for their fundraiser through our fundraising form on our website: www.yournextsugarrush.com
  • Once a date is submitted, a member from the DonutNV team will contact you to confirm all details after reviewing the fundraising form.
  • There are no limitations on when fundraisers may be scheduled or how often.
Fundraiser Advertising
  • Once the fundraiser date is confirmed, DonutNV encourages the event coordinator to create an event flyer and promote the fundraiser across all social media channels. The fundraising group is solely responsible for advertising and driving attendance. 
  • Please tag DonutNV of Wilmington, DE so we can help share and promote your event. 
  • You may use our logos or pictures that you find online for your social media advertising.
  • DonutNV is not responsible for the success of your fundraiser. It is the organization’s responsibility to promote and advertise the event.
Event Day Details
  • DonutNV’s team will arrive 1 hour prior to the start time to begin the set up procedure.
  • The DonutNV truck needs to be located as close as possible to the event happenings, preferably where the highest amount of foot traffic will be. 
  • The DonutNV truck needs to be parked on a flat surface due to the fryer oil being level inside of the truck.
  • DonutNV will vend the full menu, which consists of hot fresh mini donuts and beverages.
  • DonutNV will donate as follows:
    • Sales need to meet or exceed $500 for DonutNV to be able to afford a donation.
    • $500 to $1000 in sales → 10% back
    • $1001 to $2000 in sales →15% back
    • $2001 to $2500 in sales → 20% back 
    • If sales exceed $2501, DonutNV will donate an extra $100 to your organization
  • Supporters do not need to present a flyer, show proof, or mention the organization to participate.
  • At the end of the event, sales will be tallied, and DonutNV will issue a check within 7 business days for the appropriate amount.
  • The booking organization may not place a tip jar or donation jar on the counter or around the surrounding area of the truck. All tips received at the event are property of the DonutNV staff.
Checks
  • Fundraising checks will be issued within 7 (seven) business days of the event.
  • DonutNV staff will communicate with the coordinator when the check has been mailed, following the event.
  • A sales breakdown will be provided, including the level achieved by the fundraiser. 

DonutNV Deposits

Booking & Deposit Policy
  • A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date on our calendar.
  • Once the deposit is received, your booking is confirmed, and we immediately schedule staff, purchase necessary supplies, and block out your event time slot in our calendar.
  • Due to this preparation, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or weather-related issues.
Balance & Payment Timeline
  • After your deposit is received, you will be sent an invoice for the remaining balance which is due in full two (2) weeks prior to your event date.
  • For bookings made within two (2) weeks of the event date, the remaining balance is due in full immediately after the $250 deposit is received.
General Notes
  • Once your event is booked, we do not accept other bookings during your reserved time slot.
  • Your deposit ensures exclusive service for your chosen date and time.
  • DonutNV reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to staffing or setup to maintain service quality and accommodate unforeseen circumstances. DonutNV reserves the right to review any needed adjustments on a case-by-case basis.
Weather Policy
  • DonutNV operates rain or shine whenever possible.
  • In the event of severe or unsafe weather, DonutNV will make every effort to work with you on an alternate date.
  • Please note that deposits remain non-refundable due to advance staffing, supply ordering, and scheduling.

 

Rescheduling and Credit Policy
  • If an event must be canceled, the $250 deposit may be credited toward another booking within the same calendar year, pending availability and approval. 
  • DonutNV reserves the right to review rescheduling requests and determine eligibility based on truck availability, location, and season.
  • If approved, your credit may be applied toward an event or purchase at one of our sister businesses: Cajun-Sno or Sweet Lucy’s Ice Cream & Treats. 
  • The credit must be used within the same calendar year as the original booking. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for merchandise, gift cards, or third-party events.
